Mirror stage, Object, desire and narcissism are concepts of Lacan theory, which is used in this thesis to analyze Cal/Collipe’s discovery stages and its process. Moreover, how she/he challenges problems. To achieve the mentioned goal of the thesis, Lacanian theory is applied to show how Collipe or cal, as an intersex person, in his journey of quest gains knowledge, the fruit of quest, about himself. The protagonist’s quest is obtained through a journey of hero in search of his true self with free will.
